By inviting the Myzen Arcade bot to your Discord server or interacting with it, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the bot.
1. Age Requirement
You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. By accepting the bot's terms in Discord, you are verifying your age compliance.
2. Virtual Currency
- All coins within Myzen Arcade (Silver and Gold) are virtual currency but hold real-world monetary value.
- Coins can be sold, traded for real money, but if you get scammed youll be only provided refund on the basis of valid screenshot proof or video.
- Games provided by the bot are for entertainment purposes.
3. Purchases & Memberships
- All purchases of Gold coins or Premium Memberships (via cryptocurrency or other methods) are final.
- No refunds will be provided for any digital goods or virtual currencies purchased.
4. Fair Play & Abuse
- Abuse of bot mechanics, utilizing exploits, macroing, or engaging in fake invite farming is strictly prohibited.
- Any violation of these rules may result in the immediate removal of your coins, a reset of your profile, or a permanent ban from using the bot.
5. Administrative Rights
The bot administrators reserve the right to modify rewards, betting limits, coin balances, and these terms at any time without prior notice.

Your privacy is important to us. This policy outlines what data Myzen Arcade collects and how it is used.
1. Data We Collect
To provide functionality, the bot stores the following information:
- Discord User IDs: Used to create and maintain your unique arcade profile and economy balances.
- Discord Guild (Server) IDs: Used for tracking server-specific invite rewards and configuration settings.
- Gameplay Statistics: Win/loss records, total games played, and daily/hourly claim timestamps.
- Transaction Data: If you purchase a premium membership or Gold coins, we store basic transaction hashes to verify payments. We do not have access to your personal financial information.
2. How We Use Your Data
Data is used strictly to operate the bot. This includes managing your virtual economy, displaying leaderboards, processing cooldowns, and securing the bot against abuse.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any third parties. Your data remains entirely within the bot's database.
4. Data Removal
If you wish to have your data permanently deleted from Myzen Arcade, you may contact the bot owner directly or leave the servers where the bot is active. Note that deleting your data will permanently erase your coin balances and game statistics.
